We work most often with folks who:
  • don't have lofty goals of "inspiring" others (nothing wrong with that as an outcome, just not typically the goal)
  • are hands-on, involved in the day-to-day of their businesses and are creating something difficult to scale
  • scaling (unlimited growth) is also not the goal
  • speaking of growth, they understand and create higher quality because of their limitations (even if self imposed)
  • ​

We play best with hands-on kind of people merely try to pass on knowledge and wisdom that honors their craft and those who have come before them while supporting their We all prefer work that's an inch wide but a mile deep over spreading ourselves a mile wide, only to feel shallow in our roots.
